Kelly IT Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates kellyitsolutions.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit the site or use the contact form, how we use it, and who we share it with. This is a plain-language summary intended for a small business site; it is not a substitute for legal advice tailored to your situation.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you submit directly. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), the service you're asking about, and the message you write.
• Basic site usage information. We use privacy-focused analytics (see below) that does not use cookies or track you individually across sites.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent any information to third parties.

How we use your information

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry — to evaluate the request, follow up by email, and, if you engage us, to deliver the work discussed. We do not add form submissions to a marketing list, and we do not use your message content for any purpose beyond replying to you.

How the contact form works, technically

When you submit the contact form, your information passes through a small number of services, each acting on our behalf as a data processor:

• Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the code that handles form submissions (Cloudflare Pages and Pages Functions).
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form was submitted by a person rather than an automated bot, before the message is sent. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies.
• Resend is the email delivery service we use to send your message to our inbox. Your name, email, and message are transmitted to Resend for that single purpose.

None of these services are permitted to use your information for their own purposes beyond providing the service to us.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic (for example, which pages are visited and roughly how much traffic the site gets). This tool is cookie-free and does not build a profile of individual visitors or track you across other websites.

Data retention

We keep contact form emails for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and, if we do business together, for our normal business recordkeeping. If you'd like us to delete a message you sent us, email us and we will do so, other than records we're required to keep for legal or accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can always reach us directly by email instead of using the form. If you've submitted the form and want your information corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below and we'll handle the request promptly.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle information, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above.
